Job summary

Noguchi & Associates, an Ori-gen Family Company, is seeking an Account Manager for Personal Lines in our Japan Practice. You will manage a book of personal insurance clients, service renewals, advise on coverages, and coordinate with carriers to deliver tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Japanese, holds Hawaii P&C licensure, and has 3+ years in Personal Lines. After training in Cypress, CA, the role becomes fully remote with Hawaii hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Japanese required.
• Active Hawaii Property & Casualty license required.
• Minimum 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
• Experience managing a Personal Lines book of business.
• Strong knowledge of Homeowners, Auto, Umbrella, Renters, Condominium, and RV policies.
• Experience working with carriers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned personal insurance clients.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Advise clients on policy changes, coverage options, and endorsements.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and other servicing requests.
• Coordinate with carriers to support claims and renewals.
• Ensure accurate and thorough client files in the agency system.
