Job summary

Taylor Root is seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (English/Spanish) to join our litigation-focused team in Bethesda, MD or Annandale, VA. This onsite role involves managing a high-volume caseload, supporting attorneys, and communicating with clients in both English and Spanish.

You will draft documents, organize records, translate communications, and coordinate filings while maintaining meticulous case notes.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Paralegal experience in a law firm is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
• Strong client service and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume legal practice.
• Locations: Bethesda, MD or Annandale, VA.
• Schedule: Fully onsite.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with day-to-day case management and legal work.
• Manage a high-volume caseload and maintain accurate case files.
• Serve as a point of contact for English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients.
• Translate and interpret communications, documents, and client interactions as needed.
• Draft correspondence, legal documents, and case-related materials.
• Obtain and organize records, documents, and supporting evidence.
• Schedule client meetings, court appearances, and case-related appointments.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all case requirements.
• Maintain detailed case notes and update file management systems.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to advance client matters efficiently.
