Job summary

Orionplacement in Houston, TX, seeks an experienced plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of cases, manage a busy docket, and draft pleadings and discovery materials. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with clients and counsel.

The role focuses on organizing case files, coordinating depositions and hearings, and ensuring timely filing of documents while maintaining meticulous records and professional client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal experience.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Texas litigation procedures.
• Experience preparing discovery, trial notebooks, exhibits, and court filings.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Manage an active litigation caseload from filing through trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence.
• Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and litigation documents.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, expert witnesses, and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel in English and Spanish.
• Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom logistics.

Pay:$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Location:Houston, Texas (South Houston) — this is a full-time, fully on-site opportunity where you'll work closely with attorneys and the litigation team every day.

Note:Applicants must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have at least 3 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Candidates should be comfortable supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process and preparing cases for trial.
