Job summary

Palmer Legal Staffing is seeking a Spanish-speaking Personal Injury attorney to join a prominent GAITHERSBURG, MD law firm. The attorney will represent Spanish-speaking clients in Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury matters across Maryland, with hearings 3-5 mornings per week, at the Gaithersburg office.

MD bar is preferred or able to waive into the MD bar; strong tenure and a commitment to service excellence are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency required.
• MD Bar preferred or able to waive into MD bar.
• Strong tenure.
• Ability to provide service excellence by building relationships, being resourceful, responsive and respectful.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury claims throughout Maryland.
• Attend hearings 3-5 mornings a week.
