Taylor Root is seeking a bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (English/Spanish) to join our litigation-focused team in Bethesda, MD or Annandale, VA. This onsite role involves managing a high-volume caseload, supporting attorneys, and communicating with clients in both English and Spanish.

You will draft documents, organize records, translate communications, and coordinate filings while maintaining meticulous case notes.

A growing litigation-focused law firm in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal (English/Spanish) to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing a high-volume workload, and is passionate about providing exceptional client service. The firm handles a diverse mix of matters including Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, DWI/DUI, Real Estate, Entertainment, and Corporate & Business Representation.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys while managing assigned cases from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate will be accountable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of efficiently handling multiple priorities in a busy legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys with day-to-day case management and legal support

• Compensation: Competitive base salary + benefits
