Job summary

Blessinger Legal PLLC in Bethesda, MD, seeks a meticulous Paralegal (On-site) to support immigration practice by preparing and organizing case materials, creating formatted PDFs, and maintaining updated records. The role requires data entry, document management, and client communication to ensure timely, accurate submissions.

You will work with attorneys and staff in a full-time on-site position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat; AI knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and forms completion with accuracy.
• Organize and manage client documents and evidentiary materials.
• Prepare, paginate, and format PDFs with detailed table of contents.
• Maintain regular client communication and deadline monitoring.
• Provide front desk support and assist with filings as needed.
• Support attorneys and staff with general administrative tasks.
