Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC in Bronx, NY is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team and support attorneys through all phases of personal injury litigation. The role requires drafting pleadings, discovery demands, and motions, along with deposition preparation and trial readiness.

You will conduct client meetings, manage case files, and ensure timely communication and file organization. Bilingual Spanish is required, and a paralegal certification or degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury law.
• Bilingual Spanish skills required.
• Expertise in drafting pleadings, bills of particulars, discovery, and motions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
• Paralegal certification or degree in Legal Studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare summons, complaints, bills of particulars, pleadings, discovery demands, and motions.
• Assist attorneys with deposition preparation and case strategy.
• Conduct client meetings to gather information, provide case updates, and ensure strong communication.
• Manage and organize case files, discovery materials, and trial preparation documents.
• Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and cases move efficiently through the legal process.
