Ideal candidates have 3+ years of personal injury experience with trial focus, at least 3 civil trials to verdict, and strong research and writing skills, plus ability to collaborate with legal teams and staff.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with an active license to practice in the applicable state.
• 3+ years of personal injury experience with a focus on trial work.
• Minimum of 3 civil jury trials to verdict.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and case-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution.
• Conduct case investigations to establish liability and assess damages.
• Draft, file, and argue litigation documents, including discovery motions and oppositions to motions for summary judgment.
• Develop and execute case strategies with attorneys and legal professionals.
• Maintain consistent client communication throughout the litigation process.
• Handle complex and high-value litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal briefs, and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
