Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of personal injury or civil litigation experience.
• Willingness to pursue California Bar admission if not yet admitted.

• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases from pre-litigation through litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions.
• Engage in expert work, motion practice, and mediation to maximize client recovery.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to strategize and resolve case issues.
