• Experience managing a portfolio of personal injury cases from intake to pre-litigation.
• Strong communication and organization skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of pre-litigation personal injury cases, from post-intake development through pre-litigation settlement.
• Guide clients through medical treatment coordination and monitoring.
• Communicate case status clearly in English and Spanish; respond promptly to client questions.
• Interact with insurance adjusters to obtain policy information and document communications, under attorney supervision.
• Review AI-assisted demand drafts for accuracy and completeness before attorney review.
• Negotiate settlement offers under attorney supervision; prepare summaries for attorney review.
• Coordinate with Case Coordinators on related property-damage matters and case workflows.
• Collaborate with Case Coordinator to manage opening insurance claims and requesting records.
