Qualifications

• At least one year of direct personal injury law firm experience.
• Experience managing pre-litigation personal injury cases.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to communicate legal and medical concepts accurately in both languages.
• Strong client communication with personal injury clients.
• Experience with insurance adjusters and medical providers.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload and multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to adopt AI-based technology and changing SOPs.
• Reliable on-site work in Henderson, Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Litigation Case Management: Manage a portfolio of personal injury matters from post-intake case development through pre-litigation settlement.
• Medical Management: Guide clients through treatment, monitor progress, and coordinate with medical providers.
• Client Communication and Support: Serve as primary contact, provide regular case-status updates, and explain processes in English and Spanish.
• Insurance Coverage and Adjuster Communication: Obtain policy information and follow up with carriers to move cases forward.
• Demand Package Review: Use AI-assisted processes to prepare and review draft demands for accuracy.
• Settlement Negotiation: Review offers, negotiate under attorney supervision, and prepare case summaries.
• Property Damage Support: Assist with vehicle repair coordination and rental if applicable.
• Case Coordinator Collaboration: Work with coordinators on opening claims and gathering records.
• Settlement and Case Handoff: Maintain client updates post-settlement and transfer to litigation when necessary.
• Technology and AI Adoption: Use AI-powered platforms and adjust workflows while maintaining accuracy.
