Job summary

The Personal Injury Pros in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to handle a busy caseload from intake to resolution. You will communicate with clients in English and Spanish, gather documentation, and guide clients through the legal process, ensuring timely and accurate filings.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in PI case management, strong knowledge of PI law, and proficiency with case management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury case management.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
