Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with all facets of a Pre‑Litigation case.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Attorney with new client intake.
• Open new claims with the Insurance Adjuster.
• Monitor client’s medical treatments.
• Gather evidence: medical records, bills, police report, photos, etc.
• Prepare the Demand through a template for the Attorney’s review.
• Assist with lien reductions when necessary.
