Qualifications

• Active CA State Bar membership in good standing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in personal injury or civil litigation is helpful but not required.
• Deposition or trial experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Evaluate claims and develop litigation and negotiation strategies.
• Build trusted client relationships with clear, compassionate communication.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel.
• Prepare demands, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Propound and respond to written discovery; prepare for depositions.
• Appear in court as appropriate; prepare for mediation/arbitration/trial.
• Lead and develop a high-performing case pod with team members.
