Jobot, a fast-growing personal injury law firm, seeks a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney in Irvine, CA. This on-site, permanent role requires strong trial focus and at least 3 civil jury verdicts.

You will handle complex personal injury matters and work with a collaborative team to advocate for plaintiffs. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), admitted in Illinois, with 3+ years of PI experience, excellent research and writing, and a proven ability to manage cases to

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required for client communication and case handling.
• Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• 3+ years of personal injury experience with a strong focus on trial work.
• Minimum of 3 civil jury trials to verdict.
• Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to personal injury litigation.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal authority effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, motions, and correspondence.
• Proven ability to successfully manage cases and advocate for clients while achieving positive outcomes.
• Experience conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing strategic legal guidance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
