First Convenience Bank is seeking a Bilingual Personal Banker for our Grand Prairie Kroger location. You will handle cash transactions, open accounts, and cross-sell services to a diverse customer base, including many Spanish speakers, in a high-volume retail banking setting.

The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both Spanish and English.
• High school diploma, high school equivalency or currently attending high school.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service, involving receipt and payment of cash, in a high volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and accounts to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets as assigned by management.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
