Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle cash in a high-volume setting.
• Evaluate customer relationships to propose bank products and services.
• Follow established policies under supervisor guidance.
• Contribute to monthly new account production targets.
• Participate in in-store prospecting within the sales environment.
• Process deposits and pay out funds and balance daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks for deposits and verify amounts.
• Guard against counterfeit checks and verify identifications.
• Enter transactions into computer and print receipts.
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, wires and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances as needed.
• Cross-sell bank services to customers.
• Serve a diverse customer base, including many Spanish speakers.
• Perform other tasks as requested; maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Adhere to approved authority levels for transactions.
