Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while handling cash in a high-volume store environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and directions from supervision.
• Achieve monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Participate in in-store prospecting in a sales environment.
• Process deposits and payout funds and balance daily transactions.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Examine cash to guard against counterfeit items and IDs.
• Enter transactions into the computer and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform other tasks requested by supervisors related to banking functions.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
