Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment, handling cash receipts and payments accurately.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Assist in achieving monthly new account production targets.
• Participate in in-store sales activities and prospecting.
• Process deposits and cash transactions, balancing daily operations.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and check endorsements.
• Ensure counterfeit checks and IDs are detected and reported.
• Enter transactions into the computer and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Work within approved authority levels.
