Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 2-4 years of HR experience with hands-on recruiting and employee relations.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA accommodations, leave administration, and California employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions, from sourcing and interviewing through offers and onboarding.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee concerns, corrective action, and workplace communication.
• Support employees and leaders through sensitive workplace situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist with leave management, reasonable accommodations, and the interactive process under applicable employment laws.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee transitions, and other lifecycle activities.
