The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no after-hours calls, competitive/base compensation, and a full benefits package. Candidates must be US-educated or equivalent, Board Certified/Eligible, and hold an active California medical license.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD/DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible).
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to pediatric care.

Aufgaben

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Avoid after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties; maintain standard clinic hours.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize EHR for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventive health.
