Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a bilingual Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an outpatient, on-site position with a well-established community health organization in California. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no after-hours call.

Requirements include MD/DO from US or international, board certification/eligibility in Pediatrics, and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from US medical school or international equivalent.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license or eligible.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to serving diverse pediatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours with no after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize EHR for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventive health strategies.
