Job summary

Top Echelon LLC in Hawthorne, CA, is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an outpatient, full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule and no after-hours call.

You will provide well-child care, immunizations, and acute illness management, communicate fluently in Spanish and English, and work with a supportive team using EHRs. California license preferred or eligible; salary is commensurate with experience along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure).
• Clinical approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to serving diverse, community-based patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.
• Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies.
