True North Consultants, Inc. seeks a bilingual Pediatrician (MD/DO) for a full-time, on-site outpatient role in California.

You will provide pediatric primary care, including well-child visits and immunizations, while communicating fluently with Spanish-speaking families. The position offers a standard Mon-Fri schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with zero after-hours call, a competitive base salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible).
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Commitment to serving diverse, community-based populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.
• Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies.
