Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an on-site, full-time role in California. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no after-hours call and a competitive benefits package.

As a bilingual pediatrician, you will provide comprehensive primary care, well-child visits, immunizations, and acute illness management while delivering culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking patients and families.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible).
• Clinical approach: patient-centered care and compassionate communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours with no after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize EHR for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventive health strategies.
