Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an outpatient, on-site position in California. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no after-hours call, ensuring a solid work-life balance and predictable clinic hours.

You will provide primary care, immunizations, and well-child visits, and you will work with a supportive team to care for a diverse pediatric population while communicating fluently in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active California medical license (or eligibility).
• Fluent in Spanish and English to communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care and well-child visits.
• Immunizations and acute illness management within clinic hours.
• Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Document visits using electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic workflows.
• Educate parents on child development, nutrition, and preventive health.
