Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an outpatient, full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule and no after-hours call. Competitive base salary plus benefits; bilingual Spanish/English required to serve a diverse pediatric population.

The pediatrician will provide well-child care, immunizations, and management of acute illnesses, collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure quality care within standard clinic hours.

Qualifications

• Graduate of US medical school or international equivalent (MD/DO).
• Board certified or board eligible in pediatrics.
• Active California medical license or eligible for immediate licensure.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Commitment to serving diverse, community-based patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and management of acute illness.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours with no after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize EHR for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents/guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventive health.
