KLA Industries, Inc. in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an outpatient, on‑site role with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and no after‑hours call.

You will deliver comprehensive pediatric primary care, including well‑child visits, immunizations, and acute illness management, collaborating with a supportive clinical team. The position requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, an active California medical license (or eligibility), and board

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Credentials: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure).
• Clinical Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to serving diverse, community-based patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties
• Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies
