Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a bilingual Pediatrician (Spanish/English) in California for a hospital-affiliated outpatient role. The position emphasizes high-quality care for a diverse pediatric population with zero after-hours or weekend call obligations.

You will join a supportive team, provide routine well-child care, immunizations, and acute illness management within standard clinic hours, and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth clinic workflows.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate licensure).
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours with no after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize EHR for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health.
