Modern Machining Solutions Inc, Hawthorne, CA, seeks a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an on-site, full-time outpatient role. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no after-hours call obligations.

The position offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits; bilingual Spanish/English required to serve a diverse pediatric population. Responsibilities include well-child visits, immunizations, acute illness management, and accurate EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license or eligibility for immediate licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checks, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and fluently communicate with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinic visits during standard hours with no after-hours, weekend, or holiday calls.
• Collaborate with medical staff to streamline workflows and ensure quality care.
• Utilize EHR for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents on child development, nutrition, and preventive health.
