ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an on-site, full-time outpatient role. The position offers a balanced schedule with standard clinic hours and no after-hours calls.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics, and licensed to practice in California. You will provide well-child care, immunizations, and collaborate within a care team using an EHR.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active California medical license or eligible for immediate licensure.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies.
