Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-home therapy across Texas, including Richardson and surrounding areas. The role focuses on children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs, delivering evaluations and ongoing progress monitoring in patients’ homes.

Ideal candidates hold an active Texas SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP, with CPR certification and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
