Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-home therapy across Dallas and surrounding communities. You will evaluate and treat children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs, delivering evidence-based therapy in the home environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license in Texas.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system and maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

• Current CPR certification


• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience


• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy


• Bilingual: English and Spanish
