Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy for children with communication and feeding needs across Texas. The role offers flexible full-time and part-time options and strong clinical support from a mission-driven team.

The SLP will evaluate, treat, and monitor progress, educate families, and collaborate with physicians to improve each child’s communication and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas).
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based in-home therapy for pediatric clients.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
