Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Dallas, TX is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. The role offers flexible scheduling, professional growth, and a supportive, mission-driven team. Licensure in Texas and ASHA CCC-SLP are required or in progress; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification or pursuing it.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
