Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home health therapy. The role emphasizes hands-on clinical care, caregiver coaching, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in patients’ homes.

Qualified applicants hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with state licensure and CPR certification; pediatric/home-health experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license enables field visits and flexible scheduling enhances work-life

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
Current state professional licensure required.
Valid state driver license required.
CPR certification required.
Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide speech therapy services in pediatric home health.
Perform screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and caregiver training.
Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
Maintain progress notes and communicate with families about progress and home programs.
Refer patients to appropriate services and resources as needed.
Collaborate with physicians on patient progress and records.
Manage supplies and equipment for therapy sessions.
Attend internal and external education functions and QA programs.
