Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in home settings. You will evaluate, treat, and coach families to support language, feeding, and communication goals.

You will collaborate with office staff, maintain progress notes, and participate in ongoing education and QA activities. Our CARE culture guides a flexible caseload and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state driver's license.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric/home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health.
• Perform evaluations focusing on receptive/expressive language, articulation, and oral motor skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Educate families on home programs and treatment goals.
• Maintain progress notes and patient records.
• Participate in QA/PI activities and continuing education.
