Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-based speech therapy. The SLP will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy and guide caregivers to reinforce progress in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure as an SLP required.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Direct patients and caregivers in targeted tasks to reinforce improvements.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patients and families regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Maintain records and communicate with physicians.
