Qualifikationen

• Texas licensure in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Minimum 3 years of pediatric SLP experience.
• Experience delivering home-health services.
• Experience or certifications in feeding therapy (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS etc.) a plus.
• Flexible to adapt to patient needs and schedules.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive SLP evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with families.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care.
• Complete required charting and documentation on schedule.
• Meet agency expectations and adhere to policies.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and ethics.
