Job summary

Therapy 2000, a home-based provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services, is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to serve families in Del Valle, Texas and surrounding areas. This is a flexible, full-time/part-time/PRN role based in our Austin division, with a retention bonus for part-time or full-time therapists.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Flexible and reliable with ability to adapt to changing needs.
• Familiarity with home-health settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregiver involvement.
• Coordinate care with a patient’s medical team across providers.
• Complete required patient visits and timely charting.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and healthcare regulations.
