Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to serve Stone Oak, Bulverde and surrounding areas in a home-based pediatric therapy program. The professional will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare networks to deliver high-quality care.

The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities based in our San Antonio division. A Texas license is required, with bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to support diverse

Qualifications

• Must hold active Texas SLP license.
• Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers within patient’s medical neighborhood.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visit requirements and maintain charts and logs.
