Job summary

THERAPY 2000 provides pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy in home settings across Kyle and Buda, Texas. We are seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a PRN role serving families in the Austin division.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate care with caregivers and other providers while ensuring timely charting and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Texas license as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to work in home-health setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive SLP evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate care.
• Complete weekly patient visits as required.
• Maintain chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.
• Adhere to agency policies, ethics, and local regulations.
• Operate within home-health standards.
