Job summary

Therapy 2000 in Del Valle, TX is seeking a Bilingual Speech Therapy Assistant (English/Spanish) to support pediatric patients under a supervising SLP. You will perform comprehensive speech therapy treatments, develop home exercise programs with caregivers, and coordinate care with other providers.

The role requires at least 3 years of pediatric SLPA experience, home-health exposure, flexible scheduling, and willingness to travel between patient visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a pediatric SLPA.
• Experience in a home-health setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy treatments under Supervising Speech Language Pathologist goals and plans.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet weekly patient visit expectations and charting requirements.
• Complete patient chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs as needed.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
