Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist I for a fast-paced urgent care in Minneapolis. You will collect high-quality blood specimens, including pediatric collections, and support timely diagnostic testing while keeping patient comfort a priority.

The role requires 2+ years of phlebotomy experience, bilingual communication, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment with strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must have up-to-date resume.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience.
• Pediatric phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Bilingual communication required.
• Experience in high-volume patient care.
• Excellent customer service and patient communication.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays/on-call/overtime.
• Immunizations compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Collect high-quality blood specimens via venipuncture and capillary methods.
• Perform pediatric, geriatric, and adult collections while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Process and prepare specimens for lab testing per procedures.
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records.
• Provide courteous customer service in a welcoming environment.
• Adhere to safety, quality, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
• Support daily operations in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
