Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist I for a fast-paced urgent care in Minneapolis. You will collect high-quality blood specimens, including pediatric collections, and support timely diagnostic testing while keeping patient comfort a priority.

The role requires 2+ years of phlebotomy experience, bilingual communication, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment with strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must have up-to-date resume.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years phlebotomy experience.
• Pediatric phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Bilingual communication required.
• Experience in high-volume patient care.
• Excellent customer service and patient communication.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays/on-call/overtime.
• Immunizations compliance required.

Responsibilities

Pay Rate: $21.60 - $23.15 per hour

Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire

Schedule:8am-4:30pm

• Collect high-quality blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
• Perform pediatric, geriatric, and adult specimen collections while ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures
• Verify patient information and maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service while creating a professional and welcoming environment
• Follow all safety, quality, confidentiality, and compliance standards
• Support daily operations in a fast-paced urgent care environment

What We're Looking For

• A current, up-to-date resume
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience required
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric phlebotomy experience required
• Strong phlebotomy skills with pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients
• Bilingual communication skills required, with the ability to effectively assist and interact with diverse patient populations
• Experience working in a high-volume patient care environment
• Excellent customer service and patient communication skills
• Keyboarding and data entry experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to support staffing needs including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed
• Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations
• Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
