Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a payroll professional to ensure accurate collection, review, and preparation of time and pay data for craft and administrative employees across assigned units. The role requires attention to timekeeping accuracy, prompt payroll submission, and strong customer service for our field teams.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of payroll experience, multi-state exposure, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. CPP preferred; background check required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of payroll processing or timekeeping experience.
• Experience in multi-state payroll and union environments preferred.
• CPP certification preferred; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and approve employee time entries for payroll processing.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in time and pay data (overtime, leave, etc.).
• Serve as primary payroll contact for craft and administrative employees.
• Coordinate payroll corrections with Shared Services Payroll; support onboarding/offboarding activities.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
