ADP is hiring a Bilingual Senior Client Service Manager, Payroll in Florida. You will lead an Account Manager team, ensure service excellence, manage client relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Operations to drive outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in client service.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Superior client service skills and strong communication.
• College degree is helpful but not required; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of an Account Manager team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Develop client management strategies using data and analytics.
• Communicate with executive clients and manage relationships.
• Forecast and contribute to managing the book of business impact.
• Train, mentor and develop team members; oversee performance reviews.
