Kelly Services in Plano, TX is seeking a bilingual Payroll Analyst fluent in Spanish and English to support payroll processing for a leading employer. The role centers on accurate compensation calculations, payroll taxes, and compliance with applicable regulations.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance, manage garnishments and deductions, maintain precise payroll records, respond to employee inquiries in both languages, and assist with audits to strengthen internal controls and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required); associate degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of payroll, accounting, or related experience.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Proficient with payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Compute and process payroll taxes and related expenses.

What’s a typical day as Bilingual Payroll Analyst? You’ll be:

• Calculating employee compensation based on time worked, salary, bonuses, and commissions.

• Computing and processing payroll taxes and related expenses.

• Handling garnishments, deductions, and payroll adjustments in accordance with legal and company policies.

• Maintaining accurate payroll records and documentation.

• Assisting with payroll reporting and reconciliation tasks.

• Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues in both Spanish and English.

• Collaborating with HR and Finance departments to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.

• Supporting audits and ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are fully bilingual in Spanish and English (required).

• Have a high school diploma or GED (required); associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

• Possess 0–2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or a related field.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Can effectively communicate verbally and in writing in both Spanish and English.

• Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and payroll software.

• Understand payroll regulations, tax laws, and wage calculations.

• Can handle confidential information with discretion.

• Have an understanding of Mexican payroll (nice to have).
