Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Bilingual Payroll Analyst for our Plano, TX location. The role includes calculating compensation, taxes, and deductions, and supporting payroll reporting and audits. You will interact with employees in both Spanish and English and collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The position requires 0–2 years in payroll or related fields, with a high school diploma or GED; an associate degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Calculate employee compensation based on time worked, salary, bonuses, and commissions.
• Compute and process payroll taxes and related expenses.
• Handle garnishments, deductions, and payroll adjustments per policy and law.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliation tasks.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues in both Spanish and English.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support audits and internal controls.
