Zusammenfassung

LifeLong Medical Care in Berkeley is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our Call Center. You will be the first point of contact for patients and caregivers, handling calls, registering patients, scheduling appointments, and guiding callers to the right departments while documenting in the EHR.

This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to manage high call volumes.

Aufgaben

• Answer incoming calls and triage to appropriate departments.
• Register patients, schedule appointments, and update EHR/EPM.
• Triages urgent calls and pages staff as needed.
• Maintain KPIs for call volume and call quality.
• Assist with training new Patient Services Representatives.
• Provide information and referrals; transfer non-patient calls.
